At The MDs at Queensway, it is our goal to help you with all of your health needs and provide you with the best medical care in a friendly and efficient manner. The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) pays for most of your medical visits to our office.
Our Clinic will charge for uninsured services under the fee guidelines set by the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

There are, however, uninsured services, that OHIP does not cover, such as medical forms for insurance, legal or employment purposes, and photocopying, faxing, and transferring medical records.

While you can pay for these services on an as-needed basis, Family Physicians at MDs at Queensway offer an Annual Fee Plan as a more convenient and cost-effective way to manage these charges. The Annual Fee Plan covers most of your uninsured services for the entire year for one annual fee. For the majority of patients, this alternative to pay-per-service will provide significant financial savings.
